Hello adventurer, thanks for stopping in! I’m Taha, your friendly neighborhood actor, athlete, wellness coach, and D&D enthusiast! I’m an energetic creature who proudly wears many hats in the name of my greatest calling:

Movement.

Movement is the ultimate through-line of my life— my philosophy, discipline, medicine, playground, and passion that has evolved and intertwined over the years in profound ways.

As an AEA actor, my craft has been enriched by experiences from diversified athletic training and experimentation with different sports, disciplines, and arts. Above all else, it has deepened my overall capacity to play by combining evidence-based training methodologies with creative movement practices. I’m fascinated by the relationship between our mortal bodies and performance— how honing our bodies with intention can be used as a powerful tool in our ability to tell stories. To that end, be sure to come catch me as Pi Patel in the 1st US National Tour of Life of Pi, touring all over the United States through 2026!

The other side of my life is dedicated to service, education, and leadership. I embrace the role of a health and wellness coach specializing in sustainable, compassionate development for people struggling to reclaim their health and recover from perfectionism. My philosophy has been thoroughly shaped by my parkour training combined with a learned empathy from being an actor. Life is a dynamic story of overcoming obstacles— a constant ebb and flow between stagnation and progression. Helping people navigate this ebb and flow and build better habits and mindsets has been a privilege. Health is the tide that raises all ships, and we all deserve a life that allows us to reach our goals, feel better along the way, and redefine what's possible in our well-being.

Feel free to peruse, get to know my vibe, and please reach out if you’d like to collaborate together or learn more.

I wish you a strong body, a calm mind, and a kind heart. Much love.

Regional Theatre Reviews

“Mandviwala is especially affecting as an 11-year-old boy in one of Sugar’s recollections who briefly steals an item from her and then confesses to his reasons for doing so. These interactions add depth to the storytelling without being overly intrusive.” — Rick Pender, City Beat, about Tiny Beautiful Things @ Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, 2022

“Taha Mandviwala is sweetly earnest as Lucentio, suitor to Bianca.” — Dana Oland, Idaho Statesman, about The Taming of the Shrew @Idaho Shakespeare Festival, 2019

Charming Leonard Vole, excellently played by an earnest and thoroughly likable Taha Mandviwala, is accused in the brutal killing of an older wealthy woman who is enamored of him. He’s on trial for his life, and as the evidence stacks against him, he engenders even more sympathy.” — Dana Oland, Idaho Statesman, about Witness for the Prosecution @Idaho Shakespeare Festival, 2019

"Dashing and athletic… Mandviwala is such a graceful and persuasive actor that his Romeo often penetrates clichés this story has endured over the centuries.” — Christina Waters, Good Times Santa Cruz, about Romeo and Juliet @Santa Cruz Shakespeare, 2018

“Taha Mandviwala’s Romeo… is kin to Hamlet in his need for encouragement to act. Each obstacle exhausts his faculties. Helpless before his feelings, he’s at the mercy of intercession, which gives each turn of this notoriously coincidence-laden plot newfound dread and suspense.”Lily Janiak, SFGate, about Romeo and Juliet @ Santa Cruz Shakespeare, 2018)
