I’m Taha طه, your friendly neighborhood actor, athlete, and D&D enthusiast, proudly wearing many hats in service of storytelling and health.

As an actor, my craft has been enriched by a wealth of experiences throughout my life. I grew up as a first-generation Pakistani-American in Kentucky, experiencing a blossoming love for acting while also completing a pre-medical track in undergrad. My career and craft as a performer and collaborator has been molded by a strong experience within the regional theatre community, as well as a loving reverence towards the stories I’ve engaged with my entire life— the fantastical, whimsical, introspective, hilarious, ridiculous, badass, awe-inspiring, and everything in between. I’ve also been buoyed by a robust movement background, specializing in parkour, diversified athletic training, and creative movement.

Most recently, I had the incredible opportunity to join the 2026 Disney Television Discovers Showcase in Los Angeles. A year prior, I had the honor to play Pi Patel in the 1st US National Tour of Life of Pi, touring all over the United States in and telling one of the most meaningful stories alongside an incredible team.

Independently, I embrace the role of a health and wellness coach. I strongly believe in access to sustainable, compassionate education for people struggling to engage with their health— prioritizing nuanced, evidence-based training and nutrition methods.

I see life as a dynamic story of encountering and overcoming obstacles— a constant ebb and flow between stagnation and progression in all aspects. It’s my gift to participate and be of service to others by shaping those stories— be it through a camera, onstage, or educating & uplifting others in their own health and well-being.

Wishing you a strong body, a calm mind, and a kind heart.
